Our workshop adopts digital management to track the quality of each sock and ensure that every sock produced is in compliance. We have the industry leading all-in-one machine equipment , can achieve one sock with seamless toe at the same time finishing the knitting,greatly improved the quality and comfort level of the socks.Advanced infrared ray fixed point technology is used for embroidery production. It makes the embroidery position uniform, line smooth, highlight the premium quality.
We take a very strict attitude towards quality
Our factory also has an independent laboratory, The yarn and pre-production samples will be tested in the laboratory first when each batch of order starts production. These tests include yarn strength, evenness, socks workmanship, color fastness, fastness to rubbing, etc. Ensure the quality of each batch.During the production, there are 3-4 QC confinuous spot check the quality to make sure all details are standard. Before packing begins, all socks will be arranged the full inspection to avoid the defectives being delivered.
